◆ Onion Gratin Soup → A warm soup with a consommé flavor made with blended cheese.

◆ Sea bream meunière → A meunière made with traditional French achette cream.

◆ Cheese creme brulee → A special dessert that combines the store's signature handmade dessert, brulee, with cheesecake.
